I loved the webiste- it had lots of fun tips and I liked being able to talk to other dieters. Slim fast foods taste better than they used to, but I still got tired of the shakes after a few weeks.

This is a 1 week plan. Two weeks and you want to shoot yourself. The week sucks if you like food. Once you are off you go back to old habits and the weight comes back quickly.
