I've always had a problem losing those last 10 pounds. I've tried every diet out there and even though sometimes I can lose it, I can't keep it off or keep with the diet. This diet works for me because it's easy and I love rice! I have limited myself to the foods I like and to staying with under 150 sodium/day and that's what I'm focused on. I even have a glass of wine every so often and I still am losing weight! YEAH! Last 10 pounds are gone!

good diet for lowering hypertension

I liked this diet because it helped me reduce my blood pressure from a high of around 180/90 down to 116/68. I lost weight at a fairly nice pace and was never hungry. At first I missed all the salt in my diet, but now I can no longer tolerate food with excess salt or sugar. I like the food and have learned to really taste the natural sweetness in most whole grains. I still have about 16 pounds to reach my ideal BMI, but I am now enjoying the journey. Buy the Rice Diet books and try it.

I was way too hungry on this diet and the food was bland. I did lose weight quickly, but I couldn't stay on the diet for much time and so I gained most of it back.

I have the books and read them, and I think that i would enjoy this diet because I believe that if it work that quick and easy for all the others then it should work that easy for me as I am very much oeverweight 202 pounds. I need to lose atlease 70 pounds.
